The Spring 2025 application is open from January 27th until February 6th at 11:59PM.

Recruitment Timeline

On Tuesday, January 21st, coffee chats open.

On Monday, January 27th, the application opens.

On Wednesday, January 29th, we host a Breaking into Business Seminar.

On Sunday, February 2nd, we table at Club Fest.

On Tuesday, February 4th, we host our information session.

On Wednesday, February 5th, we attend Sustainability Club Discovery Night.

On Thursday, February 6th, our application is due.

On Sunday, February 9th, applicants receive an invite only to our Social Round.

On Tuesday, February 11th and Wednesday 12th, applicants will have final interviews by invitation.

Attending our information sessions is a great way to learn more about CSC, meet current members, and get a feel for our projects and culture. It’s also an opportunity to ask questions, network, and gain insights into the application process—helping you make a strong impression when you apply.

Coffee chats offer a relaxed setting to connect one-on-one with current CSC members. They provide a chance to ask personalized questions, gain insider tips on the application process, and build relationships that can help you feel more confident and prepared when applying.

  • No, professional experience is not required to apply to CSC. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and levels of experience. What matters most is your passion and your willingness to learn and contribute. If you have relevant experience, great! If not, we provide training and support to help you develop the skills needed for our projects.

  • To stand out, highlight your unique experiences and skills related to sustainability, demonstrate a genuine passion for the field, and show how your background and goals align with CSC’s mission. Providing specific examples of past achievements or projects can also help set you apart.

  • As a member, you'll gain hands-on experience in consulting at a professional level, work on real-world projects, and have the opportunity to develop skills in project management, research, and client communication. You'll also network with professionals in the field and other students who share your interests.

  • Members are generally expected to commit a few hours each week to CSC activities, including project work and meetings. The exact time commitment may vary depending on the project and your role within the team.

  • Projects are assigned based on members' interests, skills, and availability. During the application process, you can indicate your preferences, and we will do our best to match you with projects that align with your interests.
